Real estate is of particular interest to Steve, and he has been perfecting his handling of all areas of real estate transactions since his law career began in 1985. He has formed relationships with many real estate companies and banks throughout the Hutchinson area and beyond. He practices in:

• Examining titles, writing title opinions, and title insurance
• Preparing the necessary documentation in buying or selling land, homes, farms, or businesses
• Real estate closings and document recording
• Review of leases
• Conflict resolution in issues involving encroachments, drainage, land-usage, and landlords and tenants.
